About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional who can combine digital marketing expertise with strong sales acumen. This role involves lead generation, prospect nurturing, content-driven engagement, and sales outreach to convert potential clients into business opportunities.
Requirements
✅ Lead Generation & Inside Sales
Conduct targeted prospecting and lead qualification through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
Develop and execute strategies to generate inbound and outbound leads for IT consulting services.
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects and work closely with the Business Development team to close deals.
Respond to inquiries, schedule sales meetings, and follow up on leads in a structured manner.
✅ Marketing Campaigns & Content Strategy
Design and implement email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and digital marketing strategies to attract IT consulting clients.
Create and distribute engaging content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) to educate prospects on Afors Consulting’s offerings.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure a strong brand presence across digital channels.
✅ CRM & Sales Funnel Management
Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
Analyze campaign and lead conversion metrics to refine marketing and sales strategies.
Prepare reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.
✅ Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities.
Develop tailored sales pitches and marketing strategies based on industry insights.
Support the sales team with insights and messaging that align with client pain points.
🎯 Must-Have Skills/requirements:
2-6 years of experience in IT inside sales, digital marketing, lead generation, or demand generation.
Strong B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in IT consulting or SaaS.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email outreach, and cold calling.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and copywriting skills.
Ability to understand and market IT services such as Cloud, AI, Software Development, and Compliance Solutions.
🎯 Preferred:
Knowledge of SEO, PPC campaigns, and content marketing.
Familiarity with the Pharma, Healthcare, or Manufacturing IT landscape.
Experience in using automation tools for email marketing and lead nurturing.
