About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring that Afors Consulting attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Requirements
✅ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top industry talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Build a strong employer brand through innovative hiring and engagement strategies.
✅ Employee Engagement & Culture Development
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with the company's values.
Organize team-building activities, employee wellness programs, and engagement initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and maintain a strong feedback mechanism.
✅ HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
✅ Performance Management & Learning Development
Design and implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs to enhance employee skills.
Support career development plans and succession planning for key roles.
✅ HR Analytics & Reporting
Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, employee satisfaction, and hiring trends.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
🎯 Must-Have Skills and requirements:
3-7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT/Consulting.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
🎯 Preferred:
Experience in HR tech tools such as HRMS, ATS, and performance management software.
Familiarity with remote/hybrid work HR policies and strategies.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
