About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong industry knowledge, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of IT consulting services.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals that contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients in Pharma, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industries.
Develop and execute a strong sales pipeline strategy through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
✅ Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored IT solutions.
✅ Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs.
✅ Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance.
🎯 Must-Have Skills/Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in IT Consulting/Technology Solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise-level deals.
Strong understanding of IT services such as Testing, Digital Transformation, Software Development, Cloud and AI Solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
